TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CHERRY ON TOP AUTUMN GIVEAWAY

INTRODUCTION
By entering the LEKKIE and MARTINI MADE Cherry on Top Autumn Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This competition is open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

ELIGIBILITY

  • The competition is open to residents of New Zealand

  • Employees of LEKKIE and MARTINI MADE as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

  • This competition is not open to individuals who have previously won a giveaway from either brand in the last 6 months.
     

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Follow both LEKKIE and MARTINI MADE on Instagram and be following them at the time of the competion being drawn.

  • Tag a minimum of one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

  • LIke the giveaway post.

  • All entries must be received by April 1st 2025 at 11:59AM. Any incomplete or late entries will not be included.
     

PRIZE DETAILS
The winner will receive the following prize:

  • One Lekkie claw as advertised.

  • One Martini Made bag as advertised
     

WINNER SELECTION

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the competition closing date.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours hours of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.
     

COMPETITION PERIOD

  • The competition begins on March 24th and ends on April 1st 2025 at 11:59AM.

  • Entries received after the competition closing date will not be considered.
     

PRIVACY

  • Personal information provided for this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.

  • By entering, participants consent to the use of their Instagram handle in promotional materials, including but not limited to LEKKIE and MARTINI MADE'S Instagram accounts.

  • No personal information will be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where necessary for prize fulfillment.

  • This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

  • LEKKIE and MARTINI MADE reserve the right to amend, extend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

  • LEKKIE and MARTINI MADE are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or problems that may arise during the competition.

  • By entering, you agree to release Instagram from any liability associated with this giveaway.
